VICTORIA ISLAND, LAGOS IS A SUBJECT OF LITIGATION IN SUIT NG:
FHC/L/CS/1635/2015 - Between AMCON Vs THE HARDLEY APARTMENTS& ORS PENDING BEFORE HON. JUSTICE ANEKE OF THE FEDERAL HIGH COURT, LAGOS DIVISION, LAGOS.


IN THE SUIT NOW ADJOURNED TO 2ND JULY, 2025, THE TRIAL JUDGE HAD PREVIOUSLY ENCOURAGED ALL PARTIES TO MEET FOR SETTLEMENT AND TO REPORT TO THE COURT BUT AMCON PURPORTEDLY HANDED OVER THE PROPERTY AND ALL THE ASSETS OF THE COMPANY TO A THIRD PARTY, ONE MR OLAYINKA ALADE WITHOUT ANY SETTLEMENT OR AUTHORITY OF THE COMPANY TO HIM TO ACT ON ITS BEHALF AND THE SAID OLAYINKA ALADE IS PURPORTEDLY EXERCISING POWERS OVER THE PROPERTY ALBEIT ILLEGALY.


WHOSOEVER DEALS WITH MR. OLAYINKA ALADE OR ANY OTHER PERSON IN RELATION TO THE SAID PROPERTY/ASSETS THEREI NOTWITHSTANDING THE PENDENCY OF THIS SUIT AND APPARENT LAC OF AUTHORITY THEREOF, DOES SO AT HIS OR HER OWN PERIL.
