The 2025 summer transfer window slammed shut on Monday night, with clubs across Europe rushing to seal last-minute deals. From record-breaking signings to high-profile loans, here are the 10 biggest transfers confirmed before the deadline:

Alexander Isak to Liverpool – The Reds made headlines by completing a £125m move for the striker from Newcastle. The British-record deal surpasses Chelsea’s £115m signing of Moises Caicedo in 2023.

Nicolas Jackson to Bayern Munich – Chelsea’s forward joined the German champions on an initial loan with an obligation to buy, in a deal worth £70.5m.

Senne Lammens to Manchester United – United added to their squad by signing the Royal Antwerp goalkeeper for £18.2m, including add-ons.

Yoane Wissa to Newcastle – The Magpies bolstered their attack with the £55m signing of the Brentford forward on a four-year deal.

Jadon Sancho to Aston Villa – The winger joined Villa on a season-long loan from Manchester United, with Villa covering a loan fee and 80% of his wages.

Oleksandr Zinchenko to Nottingham Forest – After a failed move for Javi Galan, Forest secured Arsenal’s versatile left-back on loan.

Jakub Kiwior to Porto – Arsenal’s defender moved to Portugal on a season-long loan with an obligation to buy for £24m.

Randal Kolo Muani to Tottenham – Spurs signed the French striker on loan from PSG until the end of the season.

Piero Hincapie to Arsenal – The Gunners announced the arrival of the Bayer Leverkusen defender on a season-long loan with an option to buy for £45m.

Antony to Real Betis – Manchester United winger Antony sealed a permanent switch to Spain in a deal worth £21.7m.

With these moves, Premier League clubs’ summer spending has now soared past £3 billion, marking another record-breaking transfer window.
