The All Progressives Congress (APC) has expressed confidence that its performance under President Bola Tinubu will guarantee victory in the 2027 presidential election, regardless of opposition strategies.

APC’s Director of Publicity, Bala Ibrahim, said recent political consultations by Labour Party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, would not change the outcome.

“There is nothing new Obi is doing that he didn’t do in 2023 when he was defeated. All these leaders he is consulting, he has met them before. At the end of the day, he was defeated then, and we are confident he will be defeated again,” Ibrahim stated.

According to him, Nigerians are already witnessing the positive impact of Tinubu’s reforms, with progress in security, economic stability, and public trust. He stressed that the APC’s focus on governance and results, not political maneuvering, will secure their edge in 2027.
