Kaduna State Governor Uba Sani has called on residents of Sabon Gari Local Government Area to support President Bola Tinubu and House of Representatives Speaker Tajudeen Abbas in the 2027 elections.

Sani made the appeal on Saturday during the launch of constituency projects and the opening of a 20-bed primary healthcare centre facilitated by Abbas.

Represented by Secretary to the State Government Dr Abdulkadir Meyere, the governor said continued APC leadership would help complete ongoing projects and attract further investment in the area.

He praised Abbas for supporting education, healthcare, security and infrastructure.

Abbas said the projects were intended to address community needs and improve access to essential services.

They include a 10-classroom block at Saidu Primary School, a proposed secondary school in Samaru, and a National Open University study centre and computer-based testing centre at Dogarawa.

Healthcare interventions include a diagnostic centre at Isa Chikaji Primary Healthcare Centre and the newly opened 20-bed facility at Zangon Dan Borno.

Abbas stressed that the new healthcare centre would need qualified staff, reliable services and an effective referral system to serve residents properly.

He also said a proposed police station would strengthen security operations and emergency response.

The Speaker urged contractors to follow approved standards and timelines, while encouraging residents to protect the facilities and monitor how public funds were used.

Sabon Gari representative Sadiq Ango Abdullahi also highlighted empowerment support facilitated by Abbas, including motorcycles, grinding machines and financial assistance for small businesses.
