22-YEAR-OLD WOMAN STABS BOYFRIEND TO DEATH IN LIMPOPO
A 22-year-old woman, identified as Jo-Ann Ntokoto Mabasa, has allegedly stabbed her boyfriend, Xichavo Ntsanwisi, to death in Limpopo, South Africa.
The tragic incident occurred in the early hours of Monday, September 22, 2025, at Colnbrook Estate in Noordwyk, Midrand.
According to reports, Ntsanwisi, 31, an employee of the Greater Giyani Municipality and a native of Mhinga village outside Malamulele, was found lying on the kitchen floor with a stab wound to the upper chest near the neck.
A knife with a yellow handle was discovered next to his body. Paramedics from Netcare Ambulance confirmed him dead at the scene.
The suspect, Mabasa, was also found at the scene and allegedly admitted to stabbing her boyfriend.
Authorities have since taken her into custody as investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding the killing.
The shocking incident has sparked outrage and concern in the community, as friends and colleagues of the deceased mourn the untimely death of Ntsanwisi.
