A new Centre, established by the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), is leading this change by creating better coordination and leadership in policy-making.

Also supporting this effort is the Participatory Policy Implementation Framework (PPIF), created by NITDA and GIZ/Digital Transformation Center. This framework helps ensure that policies are not just written but actually implemented.

The PPIF was officially handed over to the Ministry of Communications in mid-2024 and will be tested in several states. Together, these efforts aim to boost investor confidence and transform Nigeria’s economy.
