The Abia State Police Command has rescued a four-year-old boy identified as Jeremiah Emmanuel Gimba, believed to be from Nasarawa State.
In a statement issued on Friday, the Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Maureen Chinaka, described the child as dark-complexioned and without tribal marks.
She said the boy is currently in the care of the Gender Section of the Abia State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID).
The police have appealed to parents or guardians who may be searching for a missing child matching the description to visit the SCID or contact the Police Public Relations Department for further inquiries.
