Air Peace has resumed all scheduled flights following the suspension of the strike action by the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NIMET) and affiliated aviation unions.

In an official statement signed by Dr. Ejike Ndiulo, Head of Corporate Communications, the airline expressed gratitude to its passengers for their patience, understanding, and loyalty throughout the disruption caused by the strike.

The airline also acknowledged the efforts of the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, whose prompt and effective intervention played a key role in resolving the crisis.

“We are grateful for the Honorable Minister’s timely engagement with stakeholders, his open and constructive dialogue, and his unwavering commitment to restoring operations and ensuring long-term progress in the aviation industry,” the statement said.

Air Peace emphasized that Minister Keyamo’s leadership reflects a broader commitment to building a safer, more efficient, and investment-friendly aviation sector in Nigeria.

Passengers with concerns or questions have been encouraged to reach out to the airline’s support team, as Air Peace reaffirms its dedication to delivering dependable and seamless service.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
