ARSENAL LAND 17-YEAR-OLD WILL WRIGHT AS REAL MADRID BACK OUT OF OUAZANE DEAL

Arsenal have successfully completed a deal to sign 17-year-old striker Will Wright from Salford City, beating off competition from several other clubs interested in the young talent.

According to respected football transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, paperwork is already being prepared, and the deal is expected to be officially announced in the coming days.

The move is seen as a smart long-term investment by the Gunners, who continue to build for the future by snapping up promising young stars.

In a separate development, Spanish giants Real Madrid have surprisingly pulled the plug on their planned move for Ajax youngster Abdellah Ouazane.

Ouazane, a Moroccan youth international midfielder, had been strongly linked with a free transfer to the Santiago Bernabéu this month.

However, reports from Marca confirm that Los Blancos have stepped away from the deal, with no official reason given for the decision.

With Arsenal adding firepower and Real Madrid pausing on midfield reinforcements, the summer transfer window continues to deliver surprises.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
