ARSENAL SIGN YOUNG TALENT CAM’RON ISMAIL ON FIRST PRO DEAL
Arsenal have officially confirmed that promising youngster Cam’ron Ismail has signed his first professional contract with the club.
The Gunners announced the news on Monday via their website, describing the full-back as an “Arsenal man to the core.” Ismail joined Arsenal’s academy in 2021 and has impressed coaches with his development, rising through the ranks to earn this new milestone.
Speaking after putting pen to paper, Ismail could hardly hide his excitement. “It’s a proud moment and a big day for me,” he said. “I’ve been dreaming of this day, to sign a professional contract with Arsenal, since I was a kid.”
Now officially part of the first-team set-up, the young defender will be hoping to impress Mikel Arteta enough to secure some game time in the upcoming season.
Meanwhile, Arsenal have been quite active in the transfer market this summer, as they continue to build a squad capable of finally going one better after finishing runners-up in the Premier League for the past three seasons.
Fans will be eager to see how Ismail fits into the club’s plans, and whether this academy success story will become the next star to break through at the Emirates.
