Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Adekunle Olapade, has shed light on life inside the reality show, saying it is normal for contestants to see one another naked.

Adekunle made this revelation while reacting to controversies surrounding intimate moments between housemates Koyin and Isabella, as well as Jason Jae and Sultana. According to him, nudity is a regular part of life in the BBNaija house and often sparks attraction among contestants.

Speaking in a podcast with Pulse, he explained:

“A lot of people who watch Big Brother Naija are very hypocritical. There is actually nothing wrong if two adults who like each other decide to get intimate. All the housemates see each other naked, in case you don’t know. So, you cannot be in a house with someone you see without clothes almost every day and not feel attracted. It just won’t work.”

Adekunle, who first appeared in the Level Up season in 2022 and later returned for the All Stars season in 2023, insisted that what viewers see on TV is only a fraction of what really happens behind the scenes.

His comments have stirred fresh conversations among fans of the show, many of whom continue to debate the limits of privacy, intimacy, and entertainment in the BBNaija house.
