Evicted Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Kuture, has revealed how he managed stress during his stay in the house.

In his post-eviction interview, Kuture explained that instead of venting his frustrations on fellow housemates, he found an outlet in the weekly pool and rave parties.

“I channeled all my free time and energy to parties. Instead of letting out my anger on any housemate, I let it out through excitement. So it’s all energy Thursday and Saturday — Aura for Aura,” he said.

He added that no matter how challenging the week felt, he always looked forward to the weekend:
“No matter how stressful the day or the week may be, I just be like, no worry, Thursday and Saturday go still come.”

Kuture quickly built a reputation as the life of the party, often stealing the spotlight with his vibrant dance moves and unmatched energy. His presence at the Thursday night pool parties and Saturday night raves became a highlight for both housemates and viewers.

He was frequently seen partying alongside Imisi and Isabella, creating some of the most memorable moments of the season.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
