President Bola Tinubu has announced that he will clear his schedule to visit Benue State on Wednesday for a condolence visit.

This comes in the aftermath of deadly attacks in Yelewata, a community in Guma Local Government Area, where around 250 people were reportedly killed by suspected herdsmen.

The president has faced widespread criticism from Nigerians over his delayed response, with many questioning his failure to visit the affected area until now.
