The UEFA Champions League play-offs continued on Tuesday night with three clubs booking their spots in this season’s league phase.

Cypriot side Pafos advanced after holding Crvena Zvezda to a 1-1 draw, securing qualification with a 3-2 aggregate victory.

Norwegian champions Bodø/Glimt suffered a 2-1 defeat away to Sturm Graz, but their emphatic 6-2 first-leg win was enough to carry them through.

Meanwhile, Kairat Almaty of Kazakhstan pulled off a dramatic upset against Scottish giants Celtic. After both legs ended 0-0, the tie was decided by penalties, with Kairat triumphing 3-2 in the shootout.

The Champions League play-offs continue on Wednesday with key clashes, including Qarabağ vs Ferencváros, Basel vs Copenhagen, Fenerbahçe vs Benfica, and Club Brugge vs Rangers.

With more high-stakes encounters ahead, the race for a place in Europe’s most prestigious competition is heating up.
