DON’T LET ANYONE DECIDE FOR YOU – OKOCHA WARNS OSIMHEN ON NEXT MOVE
Former Super Eagles skipper, Austin Jay-Jay Okocha, has emphasized that Victor Osimhen must take full ownership of the decision regarding his next club transfer.
Osimhen is widely expected to leave Napoli on a permanent basis this summer.
The 26-year-old had a remarkable loan stint with Galatasaray last season, where he clinched both the league title and League Cup, and also emerged as the Golden Boot winner.
Despite receiving several lucrative offers from Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal, Osimhen has rejected them, showing a strong preference to remain in European football.
Speaking to Sport 247, Okocha advised the striker to prioritize what is best for himself and his loved ones.
“The decision should come from him. Whether it turns out good or bad, he must take responsibility,” Okocha said.
“I don’t believe in making choices for others. He should go for what’s best for him and his family.”
