ELON MUSK'S FATHER ATTRIBUTES TRUMP FEUD TO STRESS, NOT POLITICS

Errol Musk, father of Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, has suggested that his son’s recent public feud with former U.S. President Donald Trump is the result of extreme stress, rather than a political falling-out.

Speaking in an interview with Russian media in Moscow, Errol described the situation as an emotional outburst driven by fatigue. “They’re very tired and stressed, so you can expect something like this. Elon made a mistake, I think. But he is tired,” he explained.

He downplayed the escalating tensions, calling it “a small thing” that “will be over tomorrow.”

The rift between Musk and Trump began after Musk publicly criticized Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill,” a sweeping tax and spending proposal, labeling it a “disgusting abomination.” In response, Trump allegedly threatened to withdraw federal contracts from Musk’s companies, including Tesla and SpaceX.

Musk later escalated the confrontation by suggesting, without providing evidence, that Trump’s name could be linked to sealed documents related to Jeffrey Epstein.

Despite the increasingly hostile exchange, Errol Musk maintained that his son is not motivated by politics. “He’s a great tech innovator, but not a great politician,” he said. “His politics is like a swimming pool with no sides and no bottom.”

Errol reiterated that the clash is rooted more in exhaustion than ideology. “They’re very tired and stressed… so you can expect something like this,” he repeated.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
