Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes has declined a lucrative offer from Saudi club Al-Hilal, choosing instead to continue his career with the Premier League side.

This development was shared on Tuesday by renowned Italian sports journalist Fabrizio Romano via his official X (formerly Twitter) account.

Romano reported that despite receiving a highly attractive contract proposal from the Saudi Pro League team, Fernandes has decided to stay in Europe.

“Bruno Fernandes wants to keep competing at the highest level in Europe, despite a massive contract offer from Saudi Arabia,” Romano wrote. “The Manchester United captain has made his decision.”
