Nottingham Forest defender Ola Aina has pledged to come back stronger following his recent injury blow.

The 28-year-old underwent surgery on Tuesday after sustaining a hamstring injury while on international duty last week and is expected to be out for around three months.

Despite the setback, the versatile full-back expressed optimism about his recovery and return to action.

“I will be working hard every day to get back out there as soon as possible and can’t wait to get back on the pitch at the City Ground. See you soon,” Aina shared on Instagram.

He will be aiming to regain full fitness ahead of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, set to take place in Morocco this December.
