Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh has taken her Christian faith to a new level by conducting deliverance sessions for students. In videos shared on her Instagram page, the actress was seen praying with students and performing deliverance during an outreach at a public school.

Tonto revealed that God gave her a glimpse of the ministry He has placed upon her life. She shared that she was delivered from her past lifestyle to become an instrument in God’s hands, helping others experience spiritual freedom.

As the outreach concluded, Tonto sensed a spirit of death hovering over the area and alerted her team, who began to pray immediately. Within minutes, a young girl approached her, asking for prayer after experiencing frightening visions involving bats.

“Today, God allowed me to see a glimpse of the ministry He has placed upon my life. I was delivered from my past so that I may become an instrument in His hands to deliver others,” Tonto said.

She continued: “As we were leaving the school after evangelism, I suddenly sensed a spirit of death in the environment. I shared this with my team, and we began to pray. In less than two minutes, a young girl ran up to me asking for prayer. Her friends encouraged her to speak, and she revealed that she had been repeatedly seeing bats.

We prayed, and the Holy Spirit moved powerfully. God’s presence and glory filled the moment. The spirit of death was confronted, the demonic attack was broken, and the girl experienced deliverance. She was also one of the students who had recently given her life to Christ, making the work of God even more powerful and timely. My team and I will continue to follow up as the Lord works in her life.”

Tonto also expressed gratitude to her spiritual mentors, thanking them for guiding her and equipping her to serve in God’s Kingdom. She emphasized that this outreach is just the beginning, noting that over 100 students accepted Christ during the program.

Since turning 40 last year, Tonto has fully embraced Christianity, leaving behind her previous controversial lifestyle. She recently completed a Discipleship class, describing her journey with God as “healing, stretching, overwhelming, and beautiful,” and affirmed that no one can convince her that God does not exist.

Through her Instagram posts, Tonto has encouraged Christians to deepen their prayer lives, open their hearts to miracles, and fight for their destinies, families, and generations.

She has also shared personal testimonies of overcoming addiction and struggles from her past, including smoking, alcoholism, and other challenges. Today, Tonto Dikeh presents herself as a living testimony of God’s mercy, restoration, and divine purpose.
