EX-CHAMP TELLS ITAUMA TO FACE MILLER IN COMEBACK FIGHT

A former boxing champion has advised rising heavyweight star Moses Itauma to consider facing American boxer Jarrell Miller in his next fight as he prepares to return to the ring.

The recommendation comes as discussions continue over Itauma's next opponent following his impressive rise through the heavyweight division. The 21-year-old British-Nigerian boxer has attracted considerable attention for his power, speed and ability to finish fights early.

Itauma has established himself as one of boxing's most exciting young heavyweights, recording a series of convincing victories against experienced opponents. His performances have strengthened expectations that he could eventually challenge for a world heavyweight title.

Miller, meanwhile, represents a different kind of challenge. The American is known for his aggressive fighting style, physical strength and ability to put opponents under sustained pressure. A meeting between both boxers would provide Itauma with an opportunity to test his skills against an experienced heavyweight with considerable professional experience.

The former champion believes the proposed contest could be an important step in Itauma's development, allowing him to gain valuable experience against a recognised name in the division.

For Itauma, the choice of opponent will be important as his management team seeks to balance career progression with the need to maintain his unbeaten record.

A fight against Miller could attract significant attention from boxing fans, particularly because of the contrast between Itauma's youthful explosiveness and Miller's experience.

However, no official agreement for the proposed bout has been announced. Itauma's next opponent and return date will depend on negotiations and decisions by his management team.

The heavyweight division continues to watch the young boxer's progress as expectations grow over how soon he could compete for major championship honours.
