GARNACHO REJECTS EXIT OFFERS, HOLDS OUT FOR CHELSEA MOVE
Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho has turned down the chance to leave Old Trafford this summer, making it clear he only wants a move to Chelsea.
The 21-year-old Argentina international has been unsettled at United since a reported fallout with manager Ruben Amorim last season.
With his future in doubt, several top European clubs – including Bayern Munich – showed interest in signing him.
However, Garnacho has reportedly informed Bayern and other suitors that his heart is set on a switch to Stamford Bridge.
According to reports, the winger has already agreed personal terms with Chelsea boss Enzo Maresca’s side. But there’s still one major hurdle: transfer fee negotiations.
Manchester United are demanding around £50 million.
Chelsea, however, value him closer to £30 million.
To push the deal through, Chelsea may need to offload some players, with Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson among those linked with possible departures to raise funds.
For now, Garnacho seems determined to wait for the Blues, even if it means turning down other tempting offers.
