GOMBE PDP CHIEFTAIN, MUHAMMAD BELLO ADAMU, DUMPS PARTY FOR ADC
A key member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Pantami Ward, Gombe State, Alhaji Muhammad Bello Adamu, popularly known as Cikasoro, has officially resigned from the party and joined the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
In a statement, Adamu explained that his decision was driven by personal conviction and a desire to continue contributing positively to Nigeria’s democratic development on a new platform.
“I have decided to take a new political direction by joining the African Democratic Congress (ADC). This decision is based on personal conviction and my desire to continue contributing meaningfully to our democratic process on a new platform,” he said.
Adamu also expressed appreciation to the PDP for the experiences and opportunities he gained during his membership, noting that the decision was not made lightly.
His move is expected to further shape the political landscape in Gombe ahead of upcoming elections, as the ADC continues to position itself as an alternative voice in Nigeria’s multiparty system.
