Nigerian afrobeats sensation Tiwa Savage and American singer Usher Raymond have ignited dating rumors after a playful moment during a recent event in London.

Usher surprised the crowd by inviting Tiwa Savage on stage at his Past Present Future tour stop at London’s O2 Arena on Wednesday. The audience erupted with excitement as the two performed Savage’s hit track Somebody’s Son together.

Later at the afterparty, the pair was seen taking on the viral 30 Seconds Challenge, where Usher dared Savage to freestyle. During her freestyle, she casually said, “He loves me,” sparking speculation about their relationship.

"I'm a little drunk! But it’s alright. I think I’m drunk enough, I think I’m drunk enough. Are you drunk enough? Usher, are you drunk enough? Listen, he loves me,” she said, which sent the crowd into a frenzy.

The video of the moment quickly went viral, leading fans to wonder if the two are romantically involved.

It’s worth noting that this isn’t their first public collaboration; Usher previously invited Tiwa Savage to perform with him at the 2022 Global Citizen Festival in Accra, Ghana. However, neither artist has confirmed whether they are dating.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
