HiiLIFE, a leading technology provider for the residential and commercial property sectors, has announced the appointment of Claire Ladd as its new Sales Director – Build-to-Rent (BTR) and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), strengthening its management team at a key stage of growth.

Claire joins HiiLIFE with more than a decade of experience in the property industry. Before this role, she worked at David Phillips, a renowned furniture solutions provider, where she successfully managed major client relationships and delivered bespoke furnishing for high-profile residential projects across the UK. Notably, she led furnishing fit-out programmes for multi-million-pound flagship BTR schemes, setting new standards of quality and scale in the sector.

Her mandate is to integrate HiiLIFE’s smart technology solutions into large-scale residential schemes as well as exclusive private portfolios.
