Nigerian music star Stanley Omah Didia, popularly known as Omah Lay, has once again left fans worried after admitting he is battling depression.

In a candid Snapchat rant, the Soso crooner expressed frustration over his recording contracts and dealings in the music industry, pointing fingers at both his manager and his younger self for decisions he now regrets.

He wrote:

“Fk contracts. Fk labels. Fk the music business. Fk my younger self. F**k my manager. God please, I’m losing my mind again.”

This revelation comes just weeks after Omah Lay parted ways with his longtime manager, Muyiwa Awoniyi. While Awoniyi had claimed their separation was amicable, Omah Lay’s label mate, Kaestyle, suggested the manager was sacked.

The singer has been open about his struggles with mental health. His 2022 debut album, Boy Alone, touched deeply on his experiences with depression. Around that time, he also shocked fans by revealing that his condition worsened after an affair with his therapist.

Omah Lay’s latest outburst has sparked concern among fans, who continue to rally around him with messages of support and encouragement.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
