“I’M THE DAUGHTER OF A BILLIONAIRE” – ETINOSA IDEMUDIA SHARES EMOTIONAL REVELATION
Nollywood actress Etinosa Idemudia has revealed that she recently reunited with her billionaire father after an unexpected discovery linked to her birthday photos on social media.
The actress shared the surprising news on her Instagram page, explaining that she received a call from her mother and an uncle. According to them, a well-known billionaire in the country had come across her birthday pictures online and contacted her uncle, saying she looked very familiar.
At first, the family assumed the man recognized her from television because of her career in the entertainment industry. However, after several conversations and further investigation into her background, they discovered that the billionaire was actually her biological father.
Etinosa said the revelation still feels surreal and that she is overwhelmed with emotion.
“The craziest thing happened to me yesterday,” she wrote. “My mum and one of my uncles called to say a popular billionaire in this country saw my birthday photos and reached out because I looked familiar. At first they thought he knew me from TV, but after going back and forth, they traced my roots to him and realized he is my father.
Honestly, I still feel like I’m dreaming. I’m the daughter of a billionaire. Thank God for social media. I have finally found my roots, and I will share more details soon.”
The actress has also faced several personal and professional challenges in recent years. A few weeks ago, she expressed frustration after one of her films was removed from YouTube due to copyright claims. She described the project as the result of years of dreams, months of hard work, and countless sleepless nights.
Etinosa has been married twice. Her first marriage was to Babatunde Solomon, a military officer, when she was 22 years old. Reports indicate that the relationship ended due to domestic violence. In a previous interview, she revealed that she left the marriage with fractured ribs and a stab wound.
Earlier this year, the actress reflected on that difficult period in her life, recounting how she endured emotional and physical struggles during the marriage, particularly due to pressure surrounding childbearing. She later turned her personal experiences into a film aimed at inspiring and encouraging others facing similar situations.
Her second marriage was to a Benin-based lawyer. The couple got married in 2020 and welcomed their daughter in December of the same year. However, the relationship ended about eight months after their wedding.
Speaking about the separation in a TikTok video, Etinosa became emotional as she explained that the marriage collapsed shortly after she gave birth, stating that her husband eventually left the relationship.
