Nollywood actress and producer Iyabo Ojo’s latest film, “Labake Olododo,” has achieved remarkable success, topping the Nigerian box office with a impressive N50.4 million gross over its opening weekend.

FilmOne Entertainment, the film’s distributor, revealed that this milestone represents the second-highest opening weekend for a Nollywood release in 2025.

Labake Olododo narrates the inspiring journey of a fearless woman who stands up against oppression in her community, striking a chord with audiences across the country.

In celebration of this achievement, Iyabo Ojo announced a special appearance at Filmhouse Akure.

She expressed heartfelt gratitude to her fans for their unwavering support, stating:
