IYANDA CALLS FOR BETTER POLICIES AND TAX INCENTIVES TO GROW CREATIVE SECTOR

Stakeholders in Nigeria’s creative industry have called for stronger government policies and tax incentives to support growth, attract investment, and create more opportunities for creatives.

Speaking on the sector’s challenges, Iyanda said the creative industry requires a more supportive business environment that addresses funding gaps, infrastructure limitations, and regulatory barriers affecting professionals and businesses.

According to Iyanda, improved policies and targeted incentives would encourage more investment in areas such as film, music, fashion, art, and digital content creation.
