The Federal High Court in Abuja has reversed its previous order that had barred the Senate from conducting any actions while Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan's lawsuit against Senate President Godswill Akpabio was underway.
In a ruling delivered on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, Justice Obiora Egwuatu lifted the restrictions on Senate activities concerning the case, allowing the legislative body to proceed without hindrance.
