MAN UNITED LOAN OUT COLLYER AS EZE’S £60M TRANSFER OPTION CLOSES
Crystal Palace midfielder Eberechi Eze is no longer available for a fixed transfer fee as his £60 million release clause, which included £8 million in add-ons, has expired following the start of the new Premier League season.
The 27-year-old England international had attracted interest from Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur earlier in the summer. With the clause no longer valid, any club now interested in securing Eze's services will have to enter direct negotiations with Crystal Palace.
In a separate development, Manchester United have confirmed that young midfielder Toby Collyer will spend the 2025/26 season on loan at West Bromwich Albion in the Championship.
Collyer, who joined United’s academy in March 2022, made 13 appearances for the senior team last season and debuted in the Premier League against Liverpool last September.
