MOWE GOLF TOWN ALLOCATES MORE HOMES TO SUBSCRIBERS
Mowe Golf Town has allocated another set of homes to subscribers as the real estate development continues to expand in Mowe, Ogun State.
The latest allocation marks the estate’s second major allocation milestone of 2026, following the handover of its first completed homes to early investors in February. The company said those homes were delivered less than 11 months after construction began.
Mowe Golf Town is a partnership between Legal City and Gidi Real Estate and Investment Limited. The project combines residential development with plans for a golf course, recreational facilities and other community infrastructure.
According to the company, construction activity has increased significantly since April, with the number of structures rising from 18 to more than 40 units. The development currently includes two-bedroom and three-bedroom homes under its Green Residences project.
Work is also progressing on the golf driving range and central games area, while infrastructure development has begun at Creekview. The developers have also commenced the next phase of Green Residences.
The company said selected properties are expected to be handed over between late October and November, with the wider estate targeted to become fully habitable by December.
The latest allocation is part of the developers’ plan to maintain a steady delivery schedule while expanding the estate into a larger residential and lifestyle community.
