NAPOLI SET FRESH PRICE TAG FOR OSIMHEN, GALATASARAY BALKS AT NEW DEMANDS

Napoli have reportedly laid down new conditions for the sale of Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, creating fresh hurdles in Galatasaray’s bid to sign him permanently.

Osimhen, who spent last season on loan at the Turkish champions, is eager to make a full-time return to Istanbul. However, Napoli’s latest demands have complicated the transfer talks.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the Italian club now wants an upfront payment of €40 million, with another €35 million to be settled by 2026, along with a sell-on clause to secure future profits if Osimhen moves again.

Galatasaray, on the other hand, are only willing to pay €35 million stretched over payments up to 2027 and have flatly refused the idea of a sell-on clause.

Romano revealed on Monday via his social media page that Galatasaray has rejected these fresh terms, though negotiations are expected to continue if Napoli softens their stance.

As it stands, Osimhen’s future remains uncertain, with both clubs yet to reach a financial compromise. Fans will be watching closely to see if Napoli lowers their demands or if Galatasaray improves their offer to finally bring the prolific forward back to Turkey on a permanent deal.
