Nollywood actress Nkechi Blessing Sunday has expressed her excitement over landing a role in an upcoming project by media mogul Mo Abudu.

Taking to her Instagram page, the actress revealed that she will feature in the highly anticipated film The Secret Life of Baba Segi’s Wives, produced by Abudu.

Nkechi shared that she initially found it hard to believe when she was contacted for the role, admitting that it felt like a dream until she met the renowned producer in person. She went on to describe Abudu as a beautiful, kind, warm, and exceptionally hardworking woman.

According to her, although she tried to remain composed during their meeting, she was overwhelmed with excitement on the inside.

Encouraging her fans and the public, Nkechi urged people to stay focused and strive for excellence in whatever they do. She reflected on past criticisms, noting that she had often been labeled a failed actress, but expressed confidence that her success will prove her critics wrong.

In her words, she believes that everything happens at the right time, adding that after many years in the industry, she is finally getting the recognition she deserves.
