Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, representing Abia North, has expressed his unwavering dedication to the All Progressives Congress (APC), declaring that he is willing to sacrifice his life to secure victory for the party.

Speaking to journalists at his country home in Igbere, Abia State, Kalu emphasized that he and other committed APC members are determined to ensure the party’s success in the state, particularly in support of President Bola Tinubu.

Highlighting Tinubu’s achievements over the past two years, the former Abia State governor noted that the President has done enough to earn the continued support of Nigerians.

“APC is strong in Abia. As I said in an earlier interview, I am ready to lay down my life for the party. I am a staunch member—APC to the core. That’s why we have a stronghold in Abia North,” Kalu stated.

He added, “Our party is committed to securing victory for the President in Abia. We’ve achieved it before, and we will do so again in 2027.”

The former Senate Chief Whip also expressed optimism about the nation’s economic prospects, saying President Tinubu is working diligently to restore the value of the naira.

“The economy needs time to recover, but the President is making the right efforts to ensure it rebounds,” he said.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
