Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has emerged as a summer transfer target for Premier League giants Manchester United, according to Turkish journalist Serhan Türk.

Speaking on A Spor, Türk, a Galatasaray insider, revealed that Osimhen is currently awaiting developments from England regarding a possible move.

“Officials from Galatasaray’s transfer committee told me, ‘Osimhen will soon give us his decision,’” Türk said.

He added that while further confirmation is still needed, it's true that Manchester United are actively considering Osimhen as part of their summer transfer plans.

“He’s waiting for news from England. There were reports recently, which I can’t confirm yet, but if a move happens, it would be at Osimhen’s level,” he noted.

The 26-year-old Nigerian international, who spent last season on loan at Galatasaray, is said to be keen on a permanent exit from Napoli during the ongoing transfer window.

Osimhen has attracted interest from several top clubs across Europe, including Saudi Arabian side Al Hilal, as the race for his signature heats up.
