Ex-Man United Star Predicts Strong Season for the Blues

Former Manchester United midfielder Owen Hargreaves believes Chelsea are set for another top-four finish in the 2025/26 Premier League season.

Speaking on TNT Sports, Hargreaves said the trio of Estevao, Willian, Cole Palmer, and Joao Pedro will be central to Chelsea’s push for Champions League qualification.

“Estevao and Palmer together with Joao Pedro as well,” Hargreaves said. “If Chelsea just adds a goalkeeper, they’ll be in the top four for sure.”

Chelsea finished fourth in the Premier League last season and has carried strong momentum into the new campaign. Under Enzo Maresca, they recently lifted the FIFA Club World Cup, defeating Paris Saint-Germain in the final.

The Blues will kick off their new season next Sunday with a clash against Crystal Palace, aiming to prove Hargreaves right from the very start.
