Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has reacted to reports that a lookalike has been impersonating him at shows.

In a trending video, the Zazu crooner said he is aware of the situation but cautioned fans against tagging him whenever they spot the fake performer.

Portable stressed that nobody can truly be like him, warning the impersonator to be careful. He further noted that if anything happens to the impersonator, he should not be held responsible.

The singer also told his fans that if anyone comes across the alleged impostor, they are free to deal with him, but insisted his own name should not be dragged into the matter.

Portable’s reaction has since stirred conversations online, with many weighing in on the issue of impersonation in the entertainment industry.
