Cristiano Ronaldo is reportedly urging his club, Al-Nassr, to sign Luis Díaz from Liverpool during the ongoing summer transfer window.

According to reports from Sport, the Portuguese superstar believes Díaz would be a strong addition to the team and could provide him with much-needed support in attack, especially with his pace and ability to deliver quality assists.

Díaz, a talented Colombian winger, has been attracting interest from top European clubs like Barcelona and Bayern Munich in recent months. While he’s currently a key player at Liverpool, sources say he’s open to a move if the right offer comes in.

Al-Nassr, on their part, are looking to strengthen their squad under newly appointed manager Jorge Jesus, who replaced Stefano Pioli earlier this month. Jesus has already expressed his desire to build a winning team around Ronaldo and help him lift more trophies in Saudi Arabia.

If the deal goes through, Díaz would be one of the biggest names to join the Saudi Pro League this summer—adding more firepower to a team already full of ambition.

Whether Liverpool is ready to let go of their star winger remains to be seen, but with Ronaldo backing the move, Al-Nassr may just make a serious offer.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
