Seun Kuti Defends Tinubu’s Approach And Dismisses His Critics.

Seun Kuti, son of the late Afrobeat legend Fela Anikulapo Kuti, has taken to social media to defend President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's leadership style.

The energetic performer took to his Instagram page for a live session, where he defended Tinubu's leadership style and used the opportunity to dismiss critics questioning the president’s decisions. He further emphasized that anyone who believes they are smarter or know more than Tinubu about the situation in Africa is making a major mistake.

Seun stated, “The politician I trust most is Bola Ahmed Tinubu. So, if any of you think you’re smarter than him or know more about Africa than Tinubu, or if you believe anything he’s doing is a mistake or that he’s old or stupid, you know nothing.”

The musician also praised Tinubu and other active politicians as brilliant strategists who have studied extensively about Africa and engaged in life-and-death struggles.

“These men are brilliant; they are brilliant strategists. They know a great deal and have read more about Africa than most. They’ve put themselves in life-and-death situations that happen daily. You haven’t experienced any of that, yet people persuade you to speak out against them. I’ll tell you this: these individuals are fully aware of the lives lost in Nigeria due to their actions.

“I’m sure they laugh when they see what you say about them on social media. I’m certain it gives them pride and joy to see you all confused with your shallow analyses.”
