Afrobeats sensation Adedamola Adefolahan, popularly known as Fireboy DML, has shared insights into his memorable date with iconic American pop star Madonna.

The 29-year-old described the 66-year-old music legend as a “crazy woman,” alluding to the lively and fun nature of their outing.

Appearing on a recent episode of the 90s Baby Show, Fireboy recounted, “Madonna took me on a date, she paid the bill. I offered, but… it’s Madonna, mehn.

 Allowed!”

Reflecting on the experience, Fireboy said, “The things that we discussed on that date—the dynamics were different. It was refreshing for me. I was able to see things from a different perspective, like, ‘Okay, so that’s what it feels like to be taken out on a date?’”

While he refrained from disclosing specific details, he hinted at how unconventional the evening was, adding, “I can’t discuss all the details for not-so-obvious reasons. But it was very crazy. She is a crazy woman.”

In a 2024 interview with Billboard News, Fireboy described the outing as the “most memorable day” of his life, portraying Madonna as “so weird and funny.”
