Tosin Olorunleke, wife of Super Eagles goalkeeper Ojo Olorunleke, has publicly appealed for help, claiming that her husband has threatened her life.

In a lengthy Facebook post shared on Sunday night, Mrs. Olorunleke accused her husband of infidelity and violence since Nigeria’s Super Eagles finished second at the 2024 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Ivory Coast. Following the tournament, the Federal Government rewarded the team with flats, plots of land, and national honours.

According to her, life at home has been troubled ever since. She alleged that Ojo began a relationship with one Precious Daniel, which has further destabilised their marriage.

“I know she has bewitched my husband and desperately pushing him to harm me and my children… My husband moved in with her, she pushed him to divorce me, do DNA of our children. I don’t have a problem with all that, but they should just leave me and my children in peace,” she wrote.

Mrs. Olorunleke further alleged that each time her husband returned home, she and the children would fall ill the next day, forcing them to seek medical care.

She also recounted a disturbing incident in which Ojo allegedly broke into her locked bedroom before leaving to stay at a hotel with his alleged mistress.

“Please, I don’t know his mission. The world should help me; things are getting out of hand. Leke, please leave me in peace. I have done nothing to deserve all the pains you have put me and my children through since last year,” she pleaded.

Concluding her post, she raised an alarm over her safety:

“If anything happens to me and my children, I am shouting now — my family and loved ones should hold Leke Olorunleke and Precious Daniel responsible. Me and my children are no longer safe from the both of you.”

As of the time of filing this report, neither Ojo Olorunleke nor his management has publicly responded to the allegations.
