Popular TikTok sensation, Peller, has taken a big step in his young career by acquiring a luxury mansion worth N350 million in Lagos.

The 20-year-old influencer revealed the exciting news during a live chat with fellow content creator, Sandra Benede, disclosing that the house is located on Chevron Drive, Lekki.

Peller later shared his joy with fans on Instagram, writing:
“Look at me. God has been so good to me, and I’m so grateful to God and my fans all around the world. Congratulations to me. Finally got a place where I can be loud without landlord wahala.”

According to him, he plans to officially move into the lavish property in October 2025.

While many assumed the house was funded solely from his TikTok earnings, Peller clarified that his income comes from multiple streams. He revealed that aside from brand deals, he also receives financial backing from wealthy supporters who prefer to remain anonymous.

“It’s a big place, and I should be moving in around October. People shouldn’t think it’s just TikTok money. I get deals on the low.

 Sometimes, wealthy people send me money and ask me not to mention their names. But once the house is fully set, I’ll reveal them,” he explained during the live session.

Peller, now one of Nigeria’s most prominent digital creators, described the mansion as a dream come true. He promised to share more details with his fans once he officially settles into his new home.
