TINUBU APPLAUDS ZULUM’S LEADERSHIP AS BORNO GOVERNOR MARKS BIRTHDAY

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated Borno State Governor, Babagana Umara Zulum, on his birthday, describing him as a dedicated public servant whose leadership has contributed significantly to the development of the state.

In a congratulatory message, Tinubu praised Zulum for his commitment to improving the lives of residents of Borno State, particularly through investments in education, healthcare and skills development. The President highlighted the governor’s efforts to provide opportunities for young people and strengthen social services across the state.
