President Bola Tinubu has approved the immediate deployment of four newly appointed Federal Permanent Secretaries as part of efforts to improve governance and public service delivery across key sectors of the economy.

According to the Office of the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, the deployment is designed to enhance policy implementation, boost inter-ministerial coordination, and support the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

The four officials were earlier appointed and sworn in following a competitive selection process aimed at attracting experienced administrators into top federal roles.

Those deployed include Bekearedebo Warrens, assigned to Political and Economic Affairs in the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation; Dr. Kamil Shoretire, posted to the Federal Ministry of Labour and Employment; Nkiruka Jones-Nebo, deployed to the Career Management Office in the Office of the Head of Service; and Sani Aminu, assigned to Special Services under the Cabinet Affairs Office.

The government said the postings reflect a strategic effort to place experienced professionals in positions where they can drive results and improve coordination across ministries.

Officials noted that the deployment aligns with ongoing reforms in the civil service aimed at improving efficiency, accountability, and service delivery.

The Head of the Civil Service, Didi Walson-Jack, congratulated the appointees and urged them to demonstrate professionalism and result-oriented leadership in their new roles.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
