TINUBU MEDIA FORCE FIRES BACK AT PDP, DEFENDS PRESIDENT’S STRONG MOVES ON NATIONAL SECURITY

The Tinubu Media Force (TMF) has come out swinging against recent accusations by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), which claimed that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has shown a lack of concern for Nigeria’s growing security challenges. In a strong-worded response, the TMF described the PDP’s remarks as baseless, misleading, and politically motivated.

In a press statement released Monday evening, TMF’s National Coordinator, Gbenga Abiola, titled the response “Telling the Truth About Tinubu’s Security Initiatives”. The group said it was necessary to set the record straight and remind Nigerians of the concrete steps the President has taken to tackle insecurity since taking office.

According to the TMF, President Tinubu has treated security as a top priority. He has pushed for constitutional reforms that aim to improve the structure and response of Nigeria’s security agencies. Under his watch, a new integrated security strategy has been rolled out to strengthen coordination between different arms of the security system.

The statement emphasized that the President meets regularly with service chiefs, challenging them to come up with more holistic and effective plans to ensure the peace and stability of the nation.

The TMF also addressed the recent crisis in Benue State, where several lives were lost due to violent clashes. They highlighted that President Tinubu responded quickly and decisively, ordering the deployment of special forces to restore calm and arrest anyone found guilty — regardless of which side they belong to.

To further support peace efforts, the President reportedly instructed Benue State Governor Hyacinth Alia to organize peace talks with all parties involved in the conflict. He even suspended his own engagements to personally console the grieving families affected by the tragedy.

In response to these actions, Governor Alia himself publicly praised President Tinubu for his prompt intervention and described the federal response as both proactive and sincere.

The TMF didn’t hold back in its criticism of the PDP, labeling their remarks as “media rascality” and accusing them of using human suffering for political gain. They argued that while the opposition is busy spreading propaganda, the government is actively working to create lasting solutions to Nigeria’s security issues.

“These are not empty promises,” the TMF stated. “They are real actions from a President who understands the weight of leadership and the urgency of national security.”

The statement ended with a call for unity and trust in the administration’s plans:

“We urge Nigerians to ignore the PDP’s propaganda and focus on the visible efforts being made to secure our country. The truth will always come to light, and President Tinubu’s legacy as a firm defender of national security will speak for itself.”

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
