Victor Osimhen reached a major career milestone on Sunday night, scoring his 200th professional goal as Galatasaray secured a convincing 4–0 victory over Kayserispor in the Turkish Super Lig.

The Nigerian striker also contributed an assist in an impressive all-round performance for the Yellow and Reds.

Osimhen’s landmark goal came in the 26th minute when he calmly converted from the penalty spot to register Galatasaray’s second of the night. He later turned provider, setting up Gabriel Sara for the team’s third goal on the hour mark in Okan Buruk’s side.

The 27-year-old has now amassed 165 goals at club level and 35 for Nigeria, underlining his consistency both domestically and internationally.

This season, Osimhen has scored 14 goals in 20 appearances across all competitions for Galatasaray.

The emphatic win kept Galatasaray top of the league standings with 49 points.
