Nollywood actress Bisola Badmus has shared a photo of herself undergoing treatment as she continues her fight against a brain tumour.

Bisola Badmus says what God can't do doesn't exist

The actress, who disclosed last year that she is battling the condition, posted the photo expressing gratitude to God.

She wrote:

Several of her colleagues joined her in celebrating her progress. Among them:

Salami Rotimi: “Alhamdulilahi”

Fausat Balogun: “Alhamdulilahi Baba Dada ose”

Toyosi Adesanya: “Awesome God”

Lola Magret: “Glory be to God”

Bimbo Akisanya: “Thank God for sound health”

Bisola had earlier revealed in an interview with Kunle Afod that she had been battling a brain tumour for three years, at a point where she could barely see or recognize anyone. She noted that her condition improved with medication.

In another interview with Biola Bayo, she opened up about her co-parenting challenges with Kwam1. She initially did not inform him about her illness, but he eventually found out and supported her briefly before ceasing communication. Bisola shared that she wanted him to take responsibility for their son, as managing everything alone was difficult.

Following her appeal, many Nigerians stepped in to assist. Some offered to sponsor her son’s education, while a volunteer pledged to send her abroad for brain surgery. Additionally, her son Michael’s school fees have been fully covered through secondary school, and he has received a university scholarship from another benefactor.

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
