Nigerian actor Jim Iyke has made a strong comeback after encountering a major setback with his latest movie, Light in the Dark, which was removed from his official YouTube channel, JIMIYKE TV.

The widely acclaimed film, which garnered over 600,000 views within days of its release, was taken down due to a scene flagged as inappropriate based on platform feedback.

In an emotional video shared on social media, Jim Iyke expressed his frustration over the situation but remained steadfast in his dedication to the project and his fans.

"This has been challenging, to say the least," Iyke admitted, though his determination remained unshaken. "The time, effort, and passion my team put into these projects are immeasurable. But I’m not deterred. My energy has always come from positivity and a winner’s mindset."

Despite the setback, the actor acted quickly, re-uploading a revised version of the movie. He also made a heartfelt appeal to his fans, encouraging them to keep supporting the project by watching, sharing, and spreading the word.

"I need as many people as possible to watch, share, and spread the word," he urged his audience. "If you supported the first release or missed it, now is your chance to help keep this project alive. We've been through challenges before, and with your support and goodwill, we will prevail once again."

Jim Iyke’s unwavering optimism has struck a chord with his followers, many of whom have flooded the comments section with messages of support.

"Legendary! I just watched the movie a few weeks ago!" one fan wrote, while another advised, "Next time, upload your content and have it properly reviewed before distribution. It’s all good!"

The revised version of Light in the Dark is now live on his YouTube channel, with fans rallying behind the project. As the festive season approaches, Iyke also took a moment to extend warm wishes to his Muslim fans celebrating Eid ul-Mubarak.

"Thank you from the bottom of my heart," he said in closing. "Every view, every share, and every comment makes a huge difference."

"This represents a significant development in our ongoing coverage of current events."
