Jordan, son of the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has officially joined the legal profession after being called to bar in Abuja.

The ceremony took place on Tuesday at the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, where Jordan was among the latest batch of aspiring lawyers formally admitted as legal practitioners.

Proud parents, Nyesom Wike and his wife, Justice Eberechi Suzzette Wike, were present at the event to celebrate their son’s achievement. The Minister also joined other members of the Body of Benchers in the traditional procession at the ceremony.

Sharing photos from the event, Wike’s media aide, Lere Olayinka, wrote:

“Minister, Nyesom Wike, joined other members of the Body of Benchers in a procession at the Call to Bar ceremony today. His son, Jordan, is among the aspiring legal practitioners to be called to bar today. Happy Dad and Mum — FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, his Wife, Justice Eberechi Suzzette Wike, with their son, Jordan, who is to be called to bar today.”

Jordan’s call to bar marks a proud milestone for the Wike family as he officially begins his journey as a lawyer.
