Nigerian music superstar Davido has dubbed his wife, Chioma, “the main event.”

Chioma shared a heartwarming video on her Instagram page capturing moments from the white wedding of the singer’s elder brother.

In her caption, Chioma simply wrote, “Us,” accompanied by love emojis.

Reacting in the comments, Davido showered his wife with praise, writing: “The main event.”

Fans quickly flooded the comment section, gushing over the video. Celebrities and admirers including Uche Jombo, Uchenna Nnanna, Warri Pikin, Sarah Martins, Israel DMW, Cubana Chief Priest, Chidinma Aneke, Bukola Adeeyo, Etinosa Idemudia, and Nikos Adeleke responded with love emojis and messages of admiration.

Chioma has previously expressed her adoration for Davido, celebrating his 33rd birthday with heartfelt prayers, a surprise dinner, and gifting him a Hermes HAC Haut a Courroies bag. She noted how he still gives her butterflies and expressed gratitude for his achievements and future potential.

In October, the couple joyfully marked their third wedding anniversary, with Davido celebrating the milestone as “one out of three” and looking forward to a lifetime with Chioma. Before the anniversary, he had shared a love note with Chioma, which she reposted, calling him her sweet husband.

The couple tied the knot in a white wedding ceremony in Miami on Sunday, August 10th, attended by high-profile guests including Dangote, Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, Obi Cubana and his wife, Dbanj and his wife, Uche Jombo, Zlatan and his wife, among others.

During their vows, Chioma described Davido as her love, best friend, and the calm in her storm, promising to walk with him forever. Davido, in turn, praised Chioma for seeing the real him and choosing him, calling her his healer and a source of unconditional love.
